It is obvious that the process of European unity brought Peace in the Western intereuropean relations. Since 1989 the process of unity concerned the whole Europe. Europe enlarged and counts 27 members. East and Central Europe joined the Western Europe. Nonetheless the term “Europe is the Peace” has to be deconstructed by the Historians to show the complexity and the limits of this phenomenon.
