The dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo facilitated by Brussels shows no sign of creating a sustainable solution, beyond short-term adjustments. The policy of enlarging the European Union, lacking credibility and cohesion among EU member states, no longer functions as a catalyst in the resolution of crises. Europeans must now make new political choices within a new geopolitical framework, with Russia strengthening its grip on the “Serbian World”.
