We created a group for children aged 0 to 12 years within an association offering administrative and material assistance to migrant families in the north of Paris. Starting with an observation group, we co-constructed a therapeutic playgroup. This children-only group takes place once a week, at the same time every Wednesday for approximately an hour. What tools can we use to propose a system of care adapted to this precarious and unstable population, considering the language barrier? As access to institutions is not yet possible, we can share this experience of early psychological care through two clinical vignettes. We based our proposal on a transcultural approach, at the crossroads of precarity, exile, trauma, and early childhood care.
