In addicted patients, stress, conflict, violence, abuse, lack of communication tend to disrupt their balance and, in particular, energy structures. This creates blockages in the circulation of internal energies. We will see in this article how shiatsu management can restore the image of these patients via the sensation of their body envelope and thus of their memory connected to their history. Clinical vignettes will illustrate the description of the practice.
