The EDVO social hotel is an accommodation structure for people concerned about addiction. Inspired by the Minnesota Model, it is based on peer support, empowerment and emotion management. The Covid-19 health crisis and the announcement of the lockdown plan caught the team and residents off guard. After the initial astonishment, the team chose to keep the structure open and leave the 28 residents in complete autonomy. This article recounts their experience.
