Through a dialogue with some writers who are part of the Maussian movement, a rereading of Marx is suggested in this paper to demonstrate that his method provides a critique of the mode of symbolization of capitalism which radically re-examines the symbolic foundations of political economy. The purpose of this paper is thus to see how Marx can be close to writers who are part of the Maussian movement.
