This work pretends to analize the relationship between Resources and Capabilities of an organization and its results, in order to explain the existence of competitive advantages that should lead it to differentiation in relation to other firms in the same industrial sector. The variables under study are training, seniority, satisfaction and the firm’s results. Furthermore, know in practice if the satisfaction and constant workforce training help to create competitive advantages for the organization, which would lead to obtaining better business results.
