This article follows the development of our conceptual model on the determinants of the logistics performance of freight carriers (Bidisse, 2021). It is based on the study of the relationship between the informational integration of the transport provider and its logistics performance. The results obtained show an improvement in the quality of the logistics service and the reduction of costs thanks to an integrated management of information flows.
