The objective of this research is to identify the resilience mechanisms of the UM PAMECAS to the effects of Covid through a qualitative methodology based on semi-structured interviews. The resilience is materialized in three forms: absorption, renewal and appropriation. It is supported by: the existence of several forms of capital (technological, financial, human, relational, and social), the particularity of the target, the diversification towards agricultural activity. The contribution of this research is related to contingent aspects concerning the regulatory framework, the mutualist nature, the network model and a specific target.
