This paper proposes a clinical point of view of links between neuroscience and psychoanalysis. We propose a clinical « neuro-psychoanalytical » link about psychoanalytical psychotherapies with brain injured patients. We propose a double reading of patient’s signs, productions: one neuropsychological, the other psychodynamical, which allow us to orient therapeutical interventions according to the dynamic of transference and countertransference, in a complementarist way. We propose the extension of this double reading to other troubles, and assume the changing process as a procedural modification.
