"The dogmatic principle is characterized by a ""that-is-to-say"" which is self-justifying by the simple necessity of saying (a saying that is translating) the verb which unites in the same action of the mind ""crossing"" and ""leading."" This saying supposes and convenes or brings together in one breath, a raising to the universal of language in the concrete locus of the different and the new. At the same time, this universal pertains to communication and thus refuses any completion or closure, all the while aiming at a maximum of coherence, unceasingly providing ever more to experience and to reflect upon."
