This article proposes an interpretation of the professional cultures and creative practices in Brazilian public young people in the town of Rio de Janeiro. The stake is to understand how these public develops tactics allowing at the same time an expression of their creativity, without subjecting itself to constraints related to the economic and professional contingencies. It is about a singular double game which substitutes values of experimentation for those of the performance, and which could constitute a new culture for working.
