Between psychiatry and institutional psychotherapy, there can be a philosophical praxis with patients in hospital. We argue that this modulation of psychoanalysis is both skewed in regard to the classical frame of activities, and particularly productive when it comes to elaborating and supporting psychotic issues and discourses.
