The forgotten subject of the sociology. Phenomenological approach of intersubjectivity in the knowledge process This study aims to answer the following question: what are necessary conditions for research in human sciences and, in particularly, in sociology ? It proposes an analysis of the different possible foundations for knowledge in sociology based upon the general hypothesis of the sub-ject’s activity. Therefore the ability to know in human sciences cannot lie in the results of the knowledge process (i.e. empiricism) but is rather to be found in the intersubjective relations of research and in the ontology (i.e. phenomenology).
