This article offers a reflection on a multifocal clinical practice with subjects considered to be “rebellious.” Access to these subjects (between eighteen and twenty-one years old) requires a relational delicacy because they use ype attack-flight processes (Bion 1961). This difficulty leads to a consideration of professional practices based on devices that take into account the temporality of processes and the importance of an interdisciplinary approach. Using a clinical situation, the author illustrates the use of a device stemming from the social field that mobilizes a method of peripheral transference s based on space, the framework, and the link between professionals.
