Having stressed how the question of failures in the psychoanalytical field is largely passed over, the present article aims to characterise and identify the underlying causes of such setbacks that can be encountered when implementing analysis of professional practices (app) or team supervision provisions in specialised institutions or services with a care-oriented vocation. It then goes on to differentiate these failures and proposes a way to model them. The argument, based on considerable experience as a practitioner in such institutions specialised in the psychiatric, medical-social and social field, is an extension of a metapsychology that attempts to again grasp the interferences existing between psychological spaces and the changes currently under way in the social metaframework.
