In a way, e ugenics is the “corpse hidden in the closet” of the history of biology. For the “theoretical” foundations of what was a recognized science at the beginning of the 20th century still form the basis of modern biology. Where state eugenics established norms according to general political objectives, the current liberal eugenics establishes norms under apparently scientific and technical pretexts. The aim is always to find scientific and technical solutions to problems that one does not want to consider first in their human, social and political dimensions.
