In the midst of political decisions that have sharply cut its budget, the cada “Le Sardelis” is attempting to continue providing high-quality, egalitarian support. With few additional human resources, the opening of a new service in September has disrupted a day-to-day life which is already very busy, and has raised a question about the meaning of our work.In this text, we ask ourselves anxiously about our future and, above all, that of our residents. What can we continue to offer them, in a way that respects their dignity and our professional ethics?
