Health talk shows have been continuously broadcast on French television for the last sixty years, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge. Since 1998, they have been broadcast live every weekday. The analysis of their different sections allows us to consider the place occupied by scientific information coming from scientists or from associations or patients as long as they refer to science. The results show that scientific information has a constant but modest place in the editorial policy of health talk shows. Viewers can hear about science once or twice a week in these shows, and this frequency has not been modified by the creation of dedicated websites. In health talk shows, scientific research, which is a source of questions, seems to be at the periphery of health.
