To enrich the debate sparked by the serafin-ph reform, we look at it from the angle of need, one of its key concepts. In the context of efforts to enable self-fulfillment, the satisfaction of needs, although necessary for all care, is far from constituting a space for management, as is the world of play, despite being conducive to self-realization.
