The 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris were the opportunity to observe and understand the role of the forces in their support for high-level sports men and women. The effectiveness of the Bataillon de Joinville was proven by its 106 olympic and paralympic athletes, and 33 per cent of the medals won by 13 per cent of the personnel committed. A commendable contribution to the broader influence of France and its armed forces. Les JOP 2024 ont été l’occasion de voir et de comprendre le rôle des armées dans le soutien aux sportifs de haut niveau. Avec 106 athlètes olympiques et paralympiques, et 33 % des médailles pour 13 % des effectifs engagés, le Bataillon de Joinville a démontré son efficacité et contribue au rayonnement de la France et de ses forces armées.
