RésuméLes manifestations psychotiques à l’adolescence peuvent présenter un aspect défensif face à la maladie psychotique, un breakdown (Laufer M. et M. E.). Fanny a présenté une activité délirante et hallucinatoire ; ses symptômes ont disparu après deux années de psychothérapie. La technique psychothérapique doit suivre un fil rouge : la conviction que le délirant et l’hallucinatoire appartiennent au monde interne du patient et s’intègrent au récit qu’il fait de lui-même ; le fil associatif de la séance permet de suggérer au patient le rapatriement dans son espace psychique des éléments psychotiques. El hilo conductor de la entrevista permite de sugerir al paciente el repatriamiento de los elementos psicóticos al interior de su espacio psíquico. Un nacimiento, una identitad que se crea así por medio de lo psicótico.
