La thèmatique du reditus in unum est le point culminant de la spéculation philosophique et théologique de Jean Scot Érigène, dont nous proposons ici une nouvelle approche sur la base de la table des matières du livre V du Periphyseon. Triplex modus theoriae est en effet la clé herméneutique fournie par le même Érigène pour étudier la doctrine du reditus qui, au-delà de toute ambiguité exégetique mise en évidence par la critique moderne, possède une profonde unité, centrée sur le retour de l’homme à Dieu.
