La « crise du Covid » a été un révélateur des fonctionnements institutionnels. Les organisations ont dû s’adapter à la restriction des relations « en présentiel » en s’appuyant sur les outils de communication, téléphone et Internet. Les professionnels ont dû repenser leurs pratiques, prendre en compte les besoins accrus des publics. Les équipes de direction ont dû maintenir leur fonction dans une distanciation qui a complexifié leur management. Confrontées à l’inédit, des institutions « en pleine aventure » ont été animées par des travailleurs sociaux imaginatifs. L’article offre quelques réflexions sur cette période d’incertitude. The “Covid crisis” has given new insight into institutional functioning. Organizations have had to adapt to the restriction of face-to-face relations by relying on communication tools, telephone and internet. Professionals have had to rethink their practices and take into account the increased needs of the public. Management teams had to maintain their function while undergoing distancing that made their management more complex. Confronted with the unprecedented, institutions “in the midst of an adventure” have been led by imaginative social workers. This article presents some reflections on this period of uncertainty…
