Summary, etc. | Lors d’une enquête sur les rituels dans des écoles élémentaires publiques françaises, nous avons pu constater que le déroulement de la journée de classe est très ritualisé. Tous les rituels, de l’accueil du matin jusqu’à l’organisation des activités ont différentes fonctions : rassurer, socialiser, créer du lien, préparer aux apprentissages. Le sujet qui pénètre dans l’institution scolaire change de statut, il n’est plus uniquement enfant, il devient élève. Dès lors son corps et ses paroles sont mis en scène dans cet espace qu’est l’école selon des règles et des codes bien précis. Le silence y tient une place toute particulière. |
