Summary, etc. | À partir d’entretiens menés auprès d’enseignants stagiaires, ce texte interroge la façon dont les professeurs des écoles traduisent, dans leurs pratiques, la compétence six du référentiel de compétence des métiers du professorat et de l’éducation « Agir en éducateur responsable et selon des principes éthiques ». Ces entretiens sont mis en perspective avec quelques éléments de discussion situant les questions éthiques liées à la responsabilité éducative dans deux déclinaisons de l’acte de répondre : répondre de soi et répondre à l’autre. Dans une approche référée à la psychanalyse, toutefois articulée à la philosophie, cet article tend à montrer qu’au-delà d’une compétence complexe à évaluer, la position éthique se déploie dans un processus de subjectivation mettant en jeu la relation à l’autre. |

Summary, etc. | Based on interviews with trainee teachers, this text examines how school teachers interpret competence six of the teacher competency framework "Act as a responsible adult and according to ethical principles" into their practices. These interviews are put into perspective with some elements of discussion situating the ethical questions linked to educational responsibility in two declinations of the act of responding: responding to oneself and responding to the other. In an approach based on psychoanalysis, but linked to philosophy, this article tends to show that beyond an complex skill to evaluate, the ethical position unfolds in a process of subjectivation involving the relationship to the other. |
