| Summary, etc. | RésuméDans le cadre de la mise en place d’un nouveau dispositif pédagogique en ligne, l’évolution d’un module de formation à la promotion et à l’éducation pour la santé est présentée. En s’appuyant sur des modèles théoriques validés, toutes les étapes de l’élaboration du module sont explicitées, de l’analyse des besoins à l’expérimentation. Une analyse des besoins détaillée met en lumière les limites du module à distance traditionnel et les besoins spécifiques des étudiants. Les objectifs pédagogiques sont formulés pour se rapprocher des compétences mises en œuvre par les éducateurs sur le terrain. Les méthodes pédagogiques sont choisies pour être plus actives et plus diversifiées. L’évaluation formative est introduite et l’évaluation certificative vise à être concordante avec les objectifs pédagogiques. L’expérimentation « à chaud » met en évidence la valeur ajoutée du nouveau module en ligne, mieux adapté aux besoins des étudiants. |

| Summary, etc. | The article presents the evolution of a health promotion and health education training module within the contexts of the development of a new on-line learning programme. Relying upon validated theoretical models, each step of the module’s development is explicitly described, from the needs assessment phase to the experimental one. A detailed needs assessment brings to light the limitations of a traditional distance-learning module with regard to the very specific needs of students. The learning objectives were formulated to catch up with and be more in sync with the skills and competencies held and carried out by the educators in the field. The teaching methods were selected for their attributes of being more active and more diverse. Formative evaluation is introduced and certificatory evaluation aims to corroborate with the teaching objectives. Immediate results from experimentation done in these early stages gives prominence to the added value of this new on-line module, which appears to be much more adapted to the students’ needs. |
