Quel accueil leur réservent-ils lors de leur prise en charge ? Les représentations sociales issues des paroles de soignants ne semblent pas influencer forcément sur la prise en charge effective. C’est la qualité de patient qui prime. Cela interroge sur le processus de stigmatisation, sur ce qui pourrait générer une levée de barrière, peut-être le passage d’une relation soignant/soigné à celle du soi-niant/soi-nié. |

According to interviews carried out with health workers, the social image of representations Gypsies, Roma, and Travelers do not seem to impact an effective care. On the contrary, health workers seem to only focus on the patient status. This finding questions the stigmatization process and could allow the lifting of barriers and perhaps enable to move away from the traditional caregiver/caretaker relation. |

| Summary, etc. | Zíngaros, Gitanos, Romaníes, Manuches, « pueblos gitanos » en el hospital, cómo son ellos vistos por el personal médico ? Cómo son acogidos durante el cuidado médico ? Las representaciones sociales vehiculadas por el personal médico no parece influenciar necesariamente el cuidado efectivo de estas personas ya que es la calidad de paciente de éstos la que prima. Esto cuestiona el processo de estigmatización, sobre el que se podría generar una barrera, tal vez el paso de una relación sanador/sanado a la de una ser-negado. |
