| Summary, etc. | Comprendre les pratiques culturelles des adolescents à partir du constat de leur absence du principal lieu culturel de la commune, la médiathèque, est le point de départ de cette enquête. Sept étudiants sont allés à la rencontre des élus, des professionnels de jeunesse et de la Culture, et des adolescents pour répondre à la commande d’une commune périurbaine. Trois constats ont porté leur analyse : un décalage entre les pratiques juvéniles et l’offre de la municipalité, une politique enfance prenant les devants sur la politique jeunesse, des professionnels n’allant pas jusqu’au bout de leur idée de médiathèque « 3ème lieu ». Dans cet article, des axes d’analyse et pistes d’actions suggèrent une prise en compte de la culture Jeune dans les projets communaux. |
