| Summary, etc. | La France bénéficie d’une bonne couverture contraceptive, cependant le taux de grossesses non prévues reste important. Cet article présente les principales connaissances scientifiques sur les interventions efficaces de prévention des grossesses non prévues auprès de différents publics. Ce bilan des connaissances a été réalisé selon une méthode spécifique de sélection, d’analyse de la littérature scientifique et de classification des interventions retenues. Ce travail a permis d’identifier seize types d’interventions efficaces concernant l’utilisation de contraceptif, l’utilisation de la contraception d’urgence ou la réduction du nombre de grossesses non prévues. Les interventions s’adressent aux enfants, aux adolescents ou aux femmes adultes. Ce document devrait faciliter le choix de nouvelles actions, et l’optimisation des actions en cours dans le domaine. |

| Summary, etc. | Evidence-based and promising interventions to prevent unplanned pregnancies: a literature reviewDespite the widespread use of contraception, the number of unplanned pregnancies in France remains high. This paper reviews the current knowledge of evidence-based programs aimed at preventing unplanned pregnancies. The study used a standard protocol to identify and review the literature and to classify the selected interventions. Sixteen interventions were found to have an effect on contraceptive use, emergency contraception use or the number of unplanned pregnancies. Interventions in this area are aimed at children, adolescents or adult women. The aim of this study is to improve interventions in this area and to promote the development and implementation of new programs. |
