| Summary, etc. | À partir d’une rencontre avec Laurent Duplouy, chef du service numérisation au département de la conservation de la direction des services et des réseaux de la BnF, l’article propose une mise en perspective, assortie d’une réflexion, sur les enjeux actuels de la numérisation au sein de la Bibliothèque nationale de France. La reconstitution des étapes, l’analyse du jeu des acteurs qui en ont la charge, l’observation des mutations en cours en constituent les principaux angles d’attaque. En définitive, la numérisation apparaît comme un bon moyen pour appréhender l’évolution de la politique de conservation et de valorisation de la BnF, et plus largement, celle d’une institution de service public. |

| Summary, etc. | Digital projects at the BnF (1990-2018)Initiated by a meeting with Laurent Duplouy (Head of the digitization office in the department of conservation, Directorate of services and networks of the French National Library), this paper presents an outlook and a reflexion about the current challenges of digitization within the « Bibliothèque nationale de France (BnF) ». The reconstitution of steps, the analysis of the actions of the people responsible for it and the observations of the on-going mutations constitute the main angles of attack. Finally, digitization appears to be a good way to analyse the evolution of the BnF policy in terms of conservation and valorisation and more broadly, that of a public service institution. |
