Summary, etc. | La question de la sélection des encadrants de proximité se pose car l’accès à ces postes se fait surtout par des promotions internes. En outre, ils se complexifient dans des organisations en perpétuel changement. En exploitant des enquêtes en entreprise sur des professions intermédiaires, notre objectif est de mettre au jour et jauger le rôle de trois critères de sélection. D’abord, on observe une attention au niveau de diplôme des salariés, mais elle se révèle loin d’être décisive. Ensuite, on considère toujours les promus comme étant efficaces à leur poste et surtout aptes a priori à encadrer. Mais là aussi cette appréciation n’a rien de décisif. De fait, on continue en priorité à tenir compte de signaux comportementaux traduisant la propension des salariés à agir déjà comme des managers. |
