Souhaitée par la direction, cette formation en management et communication a pour objectif d’apprendre aux responsables d’office à « se positionner comme des cadres » et à pratiquer le reporting. Loin de la stigmatisation du manager de proximité « incapable de », l’analyse des besoins permet au contraire de révéler des professionnels, pour qui le métier et la proximité culturelle constituent des ressources managériales dans une organisation contrainte. |
