Les sociologues peuvent s'y impliquer en participant à leurs conseils scientifiques et en réalisant des études et des recherches. Ils permettent aux institutions de la nature de se familiariser avec la discipline, d'augmenter leur réflexivité sur leurs pratiques et de développer des approches inter- et transdisciplinaires. Leur rôle peut aller de l'accompagnement pour favoriser les réformes en cours à une analyse critique des discours et des logiques qui sous-tendent la transition écologique. Développer ce potentiel de recherche sociologique passe par des changements au niveau des institutions et par une explicitation et une mise en débat du rôle des sociologues. |

| Summary, etc. | There is a rising demand for sociology from organisations in charge of nature management and conservation. Sociologists can become involved in these organizations by participating in their scientific councils or by carrying out studies and researches. They enable these organizations to better know the discipline, enhance their reflexive capacity concerning their practices, and develop their inter- and transdisciplinary approaches. Their role ranges from accompanying ongoing transformations within the organizations to elaborating a critical analysis of discourses and logics underpinning the ecological transition. Developing this potential of sociological research requires changes at the organizations' level and clarifying and discussing the sociologists' roles. |
