En utilisant des entretiens semi-directifs, il est d’abord mis en évidence une transformation du métier de banquier d’affaires, évoluant d’un statut d’« artisan » vers celui d’un manager de finance. Grâce à l’analyse de données prosopographiques, l’article met ensuite en lumière une mutation de la sociologie des cadres dirigeants de ces deux banques, soulignant ainsi l’impact de la transformation du métier. |
