| Summary, etc. | Ce récit porte sur les transformations de la société des années 1960 à nos jours et, particulièrement, sur la façon dont le changement, promu en valeur cardinale du développement économique, a modifié le cœur des activités humaines, mettant en danger l’équilibre psychique des individus et détruisant le lien social. Dans le droit fil des recherches de Renaud Sainsaulieu, qui introduit la subjectivité dans le travail avec l’identité de métier, l’auteure s’empare dès 1992 de la sociologie de l’entreprise pour créer son métier de sociologue pratiquante. Elle aborde la nécessité de rester en prise directe avec le terrain tout en restant fidèle aux principes qui président au modèle du système social. Elle note au fil des évolutions du contexte socioéconomique, les adaptations nécessaires de la démarche de diagnostic sociologique, et plus particulièrement face aux problématiques contemporaines de la souffrance au travail. Il devient indispensable alors de replacer le travail humain, vivant, au centre de la compréhension des systèmes sociaux afin de faciliter l’émancipation des acteurs et, pour ce faire, d’aller chercher d’autres disciplines des sciences sociales, notamment la philosophie et la psychodynamique du travail. |

| Summary, etc. | A narrative on the transformations of the society from the 1960s to this day, and, in particular how change, promoted as a cardinal value of economic development, modified the heart of human activities, endangering individuals’ psychic equilibrium and destroying social cohesion. As early as 1992, in direct line with the research conducted by Renaud Sainsaulieu introducing subjectivity at work in the profession identity, the author draws on theories from the sociology of the firm to create her profession of practicing sociologist. She addresses the necessity to remain in direct contact with the field while staying true to the principles governing the social system model. Along the evolutions of the socio-economic context, she notes the adaptations required from the sociological diagnostic method, and more particularly when confronted to the present-day issues of work-related stress. Putting human living work back into the centre of the understanding of the social systems thus becomes essential in order to facilitate the empowerment of the actors and to that end draw on other social sciences fields in particular philosophy and work psychodynamic. |
