| Summary, etc. | Introduction : Partant d’une recherche en anthropologie de la santé réalisée dans deux services de neuropédiatrie en Suisse, cet article souhaite dévoiler la narrativité́ des enfants à l’œuvre, souvent invisibilisée par le discours savant de l’institution médicale ou le discours expérientiel des parents. But de l’étude : Soulevant cette tension entre dires de tiers et dires de soi, nous nous attacherons à restituer les ressentis d’une corporalité dès lors éprouvée et signifiée par les enfants concernant l’expérience de leur maladie, en particulier l’épilepsie, pathologie stigmatisante et empreinte d’un lourd bagage sociohistorique. Résultats : En nous appuyant sur des études de cas produites dans le cadre d’une ethnographie hospitalière, sera soulignée à travers les récits recueillis auprès d’enfants l’importance de permettre, à l’intérieur même de ces dispositifs d’ETP, le passage du dit au dire ou du sujet de l’énoncé au sujet de l’énonciation. Conclusions : Nos conclusions montreront que si, d’un point de vue relationnel, une approche narrative en ETP permet de consolider la triade de soin en permettant une meilleure identification des besoins, d’un point de vue thérapeutique, celle-ci aide non seulement à la réorganisation identitaire de ces enfants confrontés à des morceaux de vie éclatés – le travail de mise en mots participant à des effets de sens et de liens –, mais elle permet également de décrire les possibilités d’être qui en découlent pour eux-mêmes et pour leur entourage en ce qui a trait à l’expérience individuelle et collective de la maladie. |

| Summary, etc. | Introduction: Based on anthropological research carried out in two neuropediatric departments in Switzerland, this article aims to unveil the narrativity of children, which is often rendered invisible by the expert speech of health professionals or the parents’ experiential discourse. Purpose of research: Raising this tension between others’ sayings and self’s sayings, we restore the feelings of a signified corporality experienced by children with regards to their illness, in particular epilepsy, which is a stigmatizing pathology imprinted with a heavy socio-historical background. Results: By relying on case studies produced in the context of a hospital ethnography, we will emphasize the importance of allowing, even within these TPE practices, the passage from what is said to the act of saying, or from the subject of the statement to the subject of the saying. Conclusions: Our conclusions show firstly that from a relational point of view, a narrative approach makes it possible to consolidate the triad of care by allowing a better identification of needs ; secondly, from a therapeutic point of view, we will see that if the narration helps in the identity reorganization of these children confronted with fragmented pieces of life – acknowledging that the work of putting things into words participates in creating new meaning and links –, it also makes it conceivable to describe the possibilities of being that arise for the children themselves and for their immediate kin in terms of individual and collective experience of the disease. |
