Elle se caractérise par des dispositions socialement construites comme masculines, par des modalités de transmission relativement « brutes » et brutales, ainsi que par des effets de renforcement des dispositions « masculines » antérieurement incorporées, visant à confirmer que la socialisation secondaire, dans ce cas, vient renforcer les effets des socialisations antérieures. Il est possible toutefois de nuancer cette matrice idéaltypique et de voir la pluralité des acteurs et des contextes de socialisation en son sein comme les possibles inflexions qui peuvent survenir au fil de la carrière des individus en fonction d’événements particuliers ou d’accidents biographiques. |

| Summary, etc. | Surgery and its professional socialization matrixIt is possible to identify the outputs, the terms of transmission and the effects of the ideal-typical professional socialization matrix in surgery. This matrix is characterized by dispositions socially constructed as masculine, by terms of transmission relatively “rough” and brutal, and also by a reinforcement effect of previously incorporated “masculine” dispositions, which confirms, in this case, that secondary socialization reinforces the effects of previous socializations. However, it is possible to qualify this ideal-typical matrix and to underline the plurality of social players and contexts of socialization within it, as well as the possible inflexions which can occur in the course of the individuals’ careers depending on particular events or biographical accidents. |
