Summary, etc. | L’irruption de la pandémie liée à la COVID-19 s’est traduite par des retombées majeures sur les systèmes de soins. En parallèle, la crise sanitaire a occasionné une surabondance d’information. L’accès à une information vérifiée et actualisée revêt un caractère crucial pour la compréhension de l’épidémie et des mesures de prévention par les professionnels et la population. Dans ce contexte, le Comité régional d’éducation pour la santé (CRES) Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, centre de ressources en promotion et éducation pour la santé, a pleinement joué son rôle d’acteur de santé publique en s’engageant dans une démarche de transfert de connaissances avec la création de trois outils : une lettre de veille, une série d’enregistrements audio et une formation. Il a aussi transformé ses activités habituelles par le recours au numérique.Cet article décrit la nécessaire adaptation à une situation inédite, tant par la création rapide d’activités nouvelles que l’adaptation d’activités traditionnelles à un contexte complexe. Il montre, également, en quoi ces activités sont pertinentes et ont répondu à une demande des professionnels.Les résultats des évaluations témoignent de la pertinence des outils mis à la disposition des professionnels : leur besoin d’accéder à une information claire et validée scientifiquement a été assouvi. Le CRES s’est positionné comme un acteur essentiel, depuis le début de la crise, en facilitant l’accès à la connaissance.De nouveaux besoins liés à l’épidémie sont aujourd’hui identifiés et constituent des perspectives concrètes pour le CRES. |

Summary, etc. | The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has had massive consequences on health care systems. At the same time, the health crisis caused an overabundance of information. Access to accurate and verified information became crucial to professionals and the population to understand the epidemic and the prevention measures. In this context, the Regional health education committee of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (CRES), health promotion and education resources center, played its role as a health public actor by getting involved in a transfer of knowledge through the creation of 3 tools: a newsletter, an audio recording collection and a training program. It also transformed its regular activities by using digital solutions.This article describes the necessary adaptation to an unprecedented situation by creating new activities and adjusting usual ones to a complex context. It also shows how these activities were relevant and met the need of the professionals.The evaluation results prove that the provided tools were pertinent: the need of the professionals to access clear and scientifically proven information was satisfied. The CRES acted as an essential participant from the beginning of the crisis by making access to information easier.New needs related to the epidemic are nowadays spotted and are today’s new concrete perspectives for the CRES activities. |
