| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article rend compte d’une enquête qualitative effectuée en 2008 au sein de l’Institut de cancérologie Gustave Roussy (IGR) auprès des femmes atteintes de cancer du sein. Étudier l’incorporation du moment cancer dans l’histoire biographique de nos patientes nous permet de mettre en évidence les changements de leur vision du monde et, éventuellement, de discerner les nouvelles formes de socialisation. Ainsi, à côté des stratégies de coping psychologique, les formes de coping social que nous avons typifiées (l’idiosyncrasie, la réponse rhizomatique, la désubjectivation altruiste), sont-elles l’expression sociale du mutisme originel d’un sujet traumatisé par l’annonce d’un cancer et la perspective de la vie avec la maladie et avec la mort ? Nous avons analysé ce mutisme dans le but de démontrer que le langage de socialisation des patientes prend sens comme continuité d’un dialogue silencieux avec soi-même. Les stratégies élaborées typifiées ouvrent le monde social au sujet atteint dans son intimité et créent les vecteurs socialisateurs de la réintégration. |

| Summary, etc. | This article is enacted by a qualitative research made in the IGR/Paris, on July and August 2008, regarding patients suffering from long breast cancer. By studying the moment of the incorporation of the reality of cancer disease in the biographical history of the patient lets us discover the changes in their world vision. Eventually, this will guide us through to the new forms of socialization of the subject. Besides psychological strategies of coping with chronic illness, the forms of social coping that we have elaborated by typification (idiosyncratic response, rhizomatic response, altruistic de subjectivation) are the expression of an original autism caused by the trauma of the announcement of cancer and the perspectives of life and death with cancer. We have further investigated the qualities of this autism so that we can say that socializing discourse of the patients is born in the grounds of this autism as a continuation in public of a silent dialogue. The elaborated strategies open the subject to her world and create the socializing vectors of reintegration. |
