| Summary, etc. | L’activité de la mise en scène et de la direction d’acteurs est socialement construite : on ne peut uniquement l’envisager comme une technique produite par un simple mécanisme de division du travail. Elle a en effet pour spécificité d’être intimement liée à la subjectivité de l’artiste qui la déploie. Il faut cependant constater une tendance à la professionnalisation de cette singularité artistique entreprise par les formations à l’art dramatique et à la mise en scène. Mais celle-ci n’uniformise pas les particularités, ne tarit pas les individualités mais au contraire, les encourage, les supporte, les légitime. Sur la base d’une enquête approfondie des trajectoires et des discours de metteurs en scène apprentis, c’est donc une démonstration de la construction sociale de la professionnalisation qui est proposée ici : elle montre que cette dynamique préserve la subjectivité des metteurs en scène sans pour autant mettre en péril la cohésion du monde de l’art de la mise en scène. |

| Summary, etc. | The activity of the direction and the directing is socially built : we cannot only envisage it as a technique produced by a simple mechanism of division of labor. It indeed has for specificity to be confidentially connected to the subjectivity of the artist which spreads her. It is however necessary to notice a trend to the professionalization of this artistic peculiarity begun by the trainings in the dramatic art and in the direction. But this one does not standardize the peculiarities, does not dry up the individualities but on the contrary, encourages them, supports them, legitimizes them. On the basis of a thorough survey of trajectories and speeches of film directors apprentices, it is thus a demonstration of the social construction of the professionalization which is proposed here : it shows that this dynamics protects the subjectivity of the implementer on stage without putting in danger the cohesion of the world of the art of the direction. |

| Summary, etc. | La actividad de la puesta en escena y de la dirección de actores socialmente es construida : únicamente no podemos contemplarlo como una técnica producida por un mecanismo simple de distribución del trabajo. Tiene en efecto para especificidad de ser atada (vinculada) íntimamente a la subjetividad del artista que la despliega (muestra). Hay que sin embargo comprobar una tendencia a la profesionalización de esta singularidad artística emprendida por las formaciones al arte dramático y a la puesta en escena. Pero ésta no uniforma las particularidades, no seca las individualidades sino al contrario, las anima, las sostiene(soporta), las legitima. Teniendo como base una encuesta (investigación) profunda (detenida) de las trayectorias y de los discursos de escenógrafos aprendices, es pues una demostración de la construcción social de la profesionalización. |
