| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes données obtenues dans le cadre de l’enquête SVE, réalisée en 1990, 1999, 2008, ont révélé la diversité des valeurs reconnues par les Européens. Les valeurs partagées par les Polonais sont – en général – plus traditionnelles et matérialistes que celles de citoyens de pays modernes et riches. Néanmoins, les valeurs ont évolué durant les deux dernières décennies. Les changements consistent en érosion des valeurs traditionnelles liées à la famille et au mariage et en sécularisation (une baisse de la proportion des Polonais considérant la religion comme très importante). |

| Summary, etc. | Data obtain in the course of European Value Study (EVS), carried out in 1990, 1999 and 2008, have demonstrated a differentiation of values among Europeans. The social values of Poles are – in general – more traditional and material oriented than in affluent and modern European societies. However, values have been chainging over the past two decades. Main evolutions, parallel to the political and economic changes, consist on erosion of traditional values related to family, marriage and secularisation (decreasing proportion of people indicates religion as a very important in their lives). |
