| Summary, etc. | RÉSUMÉ L?objet de cette communication est d?étudier la manière dont l'École a pris en compte les con~ceptions nouvelles de la santé et de la vie véhiculées par le naturisme à travers la création des écoles de plein air (E.P.A.). Il s?agit précisément de retracer le processus historique de la genèse et de l'essor des E.P.A. en France en repérant deux étapes majeures (1887-1918, 1919-1930). En outre, nous identifions les deux principales raisons du développement de ces structures éducatives particulières. Le contexte sanitaire détermine en effet leur apparition et la place faite en leur sein aux pratiques naturistes. Par ailleurs, le contexte culturel, mar~qué dans l'entre-deux-guerres par une évolution des m?urs quant à la pudeur et une éman~cipation sociale, joue un rôle essentiel dans l'évolution des contenus pédagogiques et des applications hygiéniques en vigueur dans les E.P.A. |

| Summary, etc. | Open air schools and naturism, a scholar innovation (1887-1935) ABSTRACT The goal of this article is to study the way in which the school took into consideration the naturist conceptions of health and life through « out door schools » creation. They are pre~cisely to recall the historical process of creation the « out door schools » creation in France in two large stages (1887-1918,1919-1930). We identify two principal reasons to the devel~opment of these particular educational structures. The medical context indeed determines their appearance and the place made with the naturist practices. Moreover, the cultural con~text, marked in the inter-war period by an evolution of manners relating to decency and a social emancipation, plays an essential role in the teaching contents? evolution and the hygienic applications in the « out door schools ». |
