| Summary, etc. | RÉSUMÉUne fois le modèle anthropométrique choisi, ajusté et validé (1ère partie), la précision de la cinématique tridimensionnelle du geste humain requiert l’estimation des centres articulaires et la minimisation des mouvements des marqueurs relativement à l’os sous-jacent. La détermination des centres articulaires présente de nombreuses techniques regroupées en deux approches, prédictive et fonctionnelle. Leur application à la hanche et l’épaule donne un aperçu des méthodes proposées et de leurs résultats. Le second thème est introduit en présentant les erreurs engendrées par les artefacts dus au mouvement de la peau. Par la suite, des techniques plus ou moins invasives et contraignantes sont évoquées pour connaître la cinématique des os sous-jacents ou minimiser les mouvements des marqueurs externes par rapport à celui-ci. Enfin, quelques questions concluent et guident l’expérimentateur dans ses choix méthodologiques. |

| Summary, etc. | ABSTRACTWhen the anthropometric model has been determined, adjusted and validated (first part), an accurate three-dimensional kinematical analysis requires estimating the joint centres of rotation and minimization of movements between the markers and the underlying bone. The joint centres determination presents widely reference methods divided into the predictive and functional approaches. Their application to hip and shoulder joints gives an insight on the main methods and their results. The errors caused by the skin movement artefact introduce the second theme. Afterwards, more or less invasive and restrictive techniques are showed in order to know the underlying bones kinematics or to minimize the skin movement artefact. Lastly, some questions conclude and help the user to define his own protocol. |
