| Summary, etc. | Résumé83 % des Strasbourgeois précisent pratiquer une activité physique entre autre pour se maintenir en bonne santé et ce de manière quasi indépendante des caractéristiques sociales (âge, sexe, catégorie socioprofessionnelle). Cette étude par territoire s’ancre dans la logique de décentralisation où le local devient l’échelon politique privilégié pour mesurer les pratiques sportives au regard des résultats similaires en France (Ifop, Insee*, Ipsos, Ministères**, etc.***) et en Europe†. Avec 1252 questionnaires analysés, l’enquête sur les pratiques sportives des Strasbourgeois tente de situer les résultats locaux. Pour ce faire, des entretiens semi-directifs ont été menés pour affiner les tendances et garantir un état des lieux fiable au service des sports de Strasbourg, commanditaire de l’étude dans le cadre des États généraux du sport. L’enquête privilégie une définition élargie et subjective du sport pour étudier une réalité complexe. En effet, elle regroupe toutes les activités physiques qualifiées par les acteurs de sportives et vise à établir les profils-types des sportifs strasbourgeois. Par ailleurs, les caractéristiques urbaines (municipalité, équipement, historique, etc.) orientent les rapports aux sports, notamment envers le cyclisme et la natation à Strasbourg. |

| Summary, etc. | Which sportsmen in Strasbourg?83% of Strasbourg specifies physical activity among others to maintain good health and that almost independently of social characteristics (age, gender, social status). This study by territory is relies on a logic of decentralization where the local political level becomes preferred to measure sport compared with similar results in France (FIFG, INSEE, Ipsos, Ministries, etc.) and in Europe. With 1252 questionnaires analyzed, the investigation into the practices of Strasbourg sports tried to locate the local results. To this end, some interviews were conducted to refine the trends and ensure a reliable inventory to the sports department, which commissioned the study as part of the “États généraux du sport”. The survey supports a broad and subjective definition of sport to characterize a complex reality. Indeed, it includes all the physical activities described by the actors as sports and aims to establish the typical profiles of athletes in Strasbourg. Moreover, the urban characteristics (municipality, equipment, history, etc.) modify the relationship to sports, especially toward cycling and swimming in Strasbourg. |
