520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Physiological response and time to exhaustion for intermittent running exercises performed at the maximal aerobic velocityThe aim of this study was to compare the physiological responses and the time to exhaustion ( i.e. the maximal number repetitions) for three intermittent running exercises performed at the maximal aerobic velocity (MAV). Maximum oxygen consumption , heart rate, blood lactate concentration ([La]), exchange ratio respiratory and time to exhaustion (tlim) were analyzed, in eighteen subjects, during three intermittent exercises (15 s run-15 s passive recovery, 30 s-30 s and 60 s-60 s). The tlim was significantly ( p and the time spent above 90% and 95% were not significantly different between the three intermittent exercises. [La] was significantly ( p and may be interesting for aerobic training.
