Summary, etc. | L’article propose une approche renouvelée du management de l’appropriation des solutions TIC. A partir d’une étude de cas, nous proposons de comprendre comment les acteurs passent du déploiement de controverses relatives à l’implémentation d’une solution TIC à des modes d’appropriation, c’est-à-dire à une vision commune de la solution TIC. A partir des résultats, nous développons une démarche de management des controverses dont l’objectif est de parvenir à des modes d’appropriation des solutions TIC. Cette démarche considère les controverses comme des opportunités pour conduire le processus d’appropriation de la solution TIC. |

Summary, etc. | This article purposes a renewal approach to manage the appropriation of ICT. From a case study conducted during 30 months, this article deals with the controversies deployed because of the implementation of ICT, and the emergence of appropriation mode, that is to say a common approach about ICT. From these results, we develop a method based on the management of controversies and appropriation modes. This method breaks with classical methods and leads managers to consider controversy as an opportunity to achieve the appropriation process and not as a management failure. |
