| Summary, etc. | Cet article étudie les pratiques des personnes en charge des politiques de gestion des connaissances à l’aide d’une étude de cas réalisée chez Lafarge. L’analyse de quatre praticiens permet de mettre en lumière les enjeux de la gestion des connaissances en entreprise et d’aboutir à une typologie d’actions propre à cette fonction. Cette recherche propose des réflexions sur les compétences et le rattachement organisationnel d’un gestionnaire des connaissances ainsi qu’une grille de lecture propre à ce domaine. |

| Summary, etc. | In this paper, we propose to look at the practices of those who are in charge of implementing knowledge management strategies in Lafarge. Analyzing four practitioners helps us to underline the practical issues faced by the knowledge managers. A description of four domains of activity allows us to present a typology of knowledge managers in corporations and discuss the competencies needed to become a knowledge manager. |
