| Summary, etc. | Dans une logique d’open innovation, mobiliser la foule via une démarche de crowdsourcing permet aux organisations de créer de la valeur au-delà de leurs frontières. Matière grise, créativité, argent sont autant de ressources et compétences détenues par la foule dont les organisations souhaitent s’emparer. Tandis que la littérature sur le crowdsourcing est encore jeune, il nous semble important de poser la question suivante : comment orchestrer la participation de la foule à une activité de crowdsourcing ? Afin d’y répondre, nous avons mené une recherche qualitative à visée exploratoire. Dans une approche abductive, notre recherche expose quatre pratiques regroupées au travers d’une taxonomie qualifiée des 4 C du crowdsourcing : le crowdsourcing cumulatif, le crowdsourcing collaboratif, le crowdsourcing compétitif et le crowdsourcing coopétitif. |

| Summary, etc. | In a spirit of open innovation, organisations mobilise the crowd in order to create value beyond their borders. Organisations therefore want to benefit from the crowd’s resources and skills : “grey matter”, creativity, money... All literature on this topic is relatively recent, so it might be helpful to ask this basic question : how can crowd participation to a crowdsourcing activity be organised ? In order to answer this question, we have chosen an exploratory qualitative research method. Through an abductive approach, our research presents an original taxonomy of crowdsourcing which we will call “the 4 Cs of crowdsourcing” : cumulative crowdsourcing, collaborative crowdsourcing, competitive crowdsourcing and coopetitive crowdsourcing. |
