Summary, etc. La préparation physique (PP) peut s’envisager sous différentes formes : dissociée, associée ou intégrée. Chacune d’entre elles présentant des avantages et des inconvénients d’un point de vue physiologique, le but de cette étude a été d’explorer le lien entre forme de PP et relations interpersonnelles à travers le vécu émotionnel des participants. Dix joueurs de rugby âgés entre 16 et 18 ans (M = 16,90, SD = 0,74), ont participé à cette étude qualitative exploratoire. À partir d’entretiens d’auto-confrontation faisant suite à une séance de PP mobilisant les trois formes, des tendances ont pu être dégagées en termes de ressenti émotionnel et de relations interpersonnelles. Ces tendances sembleraient montrer que la PP, à travers ses trois formes, provoquerait des ressentis émotionnels distincts, pouvant favoriser le partage émotionnel et ainsi améliorer les relations interpersonnelles chez des joueurs en formation.

Summary, etc. Physical conditioning influence on interpersonal relationships: An exploratory studyPhysical conditioning can be considered in different forms: specific, semi-specific or integrated. Each of them has physiological advantages and disadvantages; the aim of this study was to explore emotional experience and interpersonal relationships effects according to three forms. Ten rugby players, aged between 16 and 18 years (M = 16.90, SD = 0.74), participated in this exploratory qualitative study. From self-confrontational interviews following a physical conditioning training with three forms, tendencies have been identified in regards with emotional experience and interpersonal relationships. These tendencies would seem to show that physical conditioning, through three forms associated with different emotional process, could enhance emotional sharing and, in this way, interpersonal relationships among young elite players.
